What an incredible performance. Absolutely incredible. I was originally pushing for Morgan or Emmy to sing this song, and then I found out on Sunday what song Morgan was singing so was pushing hard for Emmy to sing this. But when Carrie came out, I knew this was her song. She doesn’t try to copy Whitney - no one did - she sang this song in her own special way with her beautiful and unique voice. The heartbreak in her voice was just stunning. I can’t say enough good things about this. Just impressed in every single way. What an incredible talent and a highlight of an already amazing evening.
